Personal data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and account settings when you register or sign in (including via Google).

Usage data: actions you take in the Service, configuration settings (such as search terms, group sources, and property settings), scraper run metadata, and feature usage needed to operate your account.

Lead and content data: posts, snippets, classifications, and related information surfaced through your use of CueHunt based on your configuration. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process lead data you collect and use.

Billing data: subscription status, plan tier, and payment-related identifiers. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log files, and security-related events collected when you access the Service.

Communications: messages you send to us and emails we send to you (such as daily lead reports if enabled).

How we use personal data

We use personal data to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including authentication, account management, lead discovery workflows, and billing.

We use data to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionality.

Google Firebase: authentication and database hosting.

Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.

Vercel: application hosting and delivery.

OpenAI: AI-assisted classification and content processing where enabled by your use of the Service.

Resend: transactional and report emails.

Each processor is selected with regard to security and compliance. Their use of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and similar technologies

CueHunt uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, session management, and security. These are essential for the Service to function.

We do not use non-essential tracking cookies for advertising purposes. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.
